What’s the difference between a prototype and a pilot?
A prototype shows how the solution will look and work, often using sample data or a test environment. A pilot runs on your real systems with your real work. Which one we start with depends on your tools, what we can access, and the problem we’re solving.
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. We start with the tools you already use and connect or extend them. If a new tool would genuinely help, we’ll explain why and talk it through with you first.
What do you need from us to get started?
Time to walk us through your process, plus access to your systems. We keep the scope small so it doesn’t take much of your team’s time.
Do you use AI?

Who owns our data?
